Job Summary:
As an Experienced Technician at Starling Ford - Titusville, you will be responsible for performing skilled mechanical repairs and maintenance on vehicles. You will work as an individual contributor, utilizing your expertise and knowledge to diagnose and repair any issues while maintaining a high level of quality and customer satisfaction. This full-time career position offers a competitive salary and benefits package within the auto industry. Ford/Lincoln experience preferred.

--- Full-time position - 1 rotaing Saturday per month

Responsibilities:
--- Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues on Ford vehicles
--- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes, tire rotations, and brake repairs
--- Use diagnostic equipment to accurately identify and fix issues
--- Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure a safe and efficient work environment
--- Communicate with service advisors and customers to explain repairs and provide recommendations for future maintenance

Requirements:
--- High school diploma or equivalent
--- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a dealership technician
--- Experience with diagnostic equipment and repair tools
--- Strong mechanical and electrical knowledge and skills
--- Valid driver's license and good driving record
