Job Description:
A company is looking for a Support Engineer to enhance customer
support for Trello.
Key Responsibilities
Contribute to improving support through new tools and methods
Develop relationships with Product, Design, and Engineering
teams
Engage customers via multiple channels and resolve technical
issues
Required Qualifications
3-6 years of customer or technical support experience
Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
Familiarity with browser developer tools for troubleshooting
Experience with Enterprise-grade SAML configuration and
troubleshooting
Some knowledge of Trello and a willingness to learn more
